1. Getting a quote

  • Come in for a visit to our showroom.  Bring along samples of your cabinets, tile and any other helpful interior pieces that will help you select the stone for your home. Also come with a layout (or just a simple drawing with measurements) so that we can price out your project on the spot. During your visit to our showroom we will show you our vast selection of granite, marble, and other natural stone. We will provide you with samples of granite or marble to take home to make your selection easier.
  • Fax over a layout or email measurements of your project. Please provide us with as much information as you can, regarding your project. This includes:
    • Layout and measurements
    • Stone Selection ( if known)
    • Edge (if known) View our edge profile page for examples.
    • Personal information including the job address, contact information, and any other details that will help us determine the quote of the job.
      * All estimates are based on the dimensions provided to us
  • We offer free estimates.  Feel free to call our office and request an in home consultation.  We’ll come to you!
  • Payment terms:  50% deposit is required with balance due upon completion of our work

2. Placing an order

To place an order with our company, we require you to have the following steps complete in your home.

  • Cabinets need to be installed.
  • The sink, faucet and cooktop need to be on location, along with dishwasher, refrigerator and stove so that may confirm cut out dimensions.
  • If you have an existing countertop on your cabinets, our crew can remove the existing countertops.  The existing sink, faucets and cooktop must be detached before we can install the new countertops. We do not specialize in plumbing and electricity.
  • Once the above requirements are satisfied, you can give us a call and schedule an appointment date and time to template your kitchen countertops or vanity top.  Our installers will provide you with any technical information and will work with you to make sure all the specs and technical details are taken care of, so please have someone knowledgeable present.

3. The final price

  • The final price will be calculated based on the measurements taken on the jobsite. We will also verify the stone and the edge selected. If the stone’s color pattern or grain is not consistent, we recommend that you come to our yard.  This will give you the opportunity to select the slabs and the specific parts of them to be used for the counter surface. It usually takes approximately two weeks to fabricate and install the project after the final price is confirmed.

4. Installation

  • The last and final step is the installation. We will install the countertop and seam it if necessary. Last, we will drill the faucet holes and attach the sink.
  • During the installation process there will be dust.  Please remove items from the cabinet below the sink area.  Also, it is best to remove or cover any items from other lower cabinets that may be of concern.
  • The homeowner or contractor will need to hire a licensed plumber and/or electrician to connect the sink, faucet and cook top.  We suggest that you wait until the following day to re-connect the plumbing.  This way your sink has plenty of time to set and dry.
